COLLECTION IN-PERSON All goods offered in the E-shop, can also be purchased in person at the lectures of Mr. Tomas Pfeiffer. In this case there is no need to place an E-shop order. Click here for a list of the locations, dates and times of lectures. DELIVERY DATES Your order will be handled as soon as possible. Whilst processing your order we will keep you informed by e-mail. During a standard order, there is no need to reply to our e-mails - these are purely for your information. PACKAGING DETAILS Goods will be dispatched to the customer in suitable protective packaging to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. DELIVERY OF GOODS IMPORTANT: The customer is obliged to check the received package for any defect. Should a clearly damaged package be accepted by the customer, a subsequent complaint will need to be lodged against the haulier, Czech Mail. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS Goods (excluding magazines) can be returned within 14 days of delivery; However, please note that returned parcels must be in unused, undamaged condition. Please send your returned goods in their intact original packaging to the address above. The money for returned goods (the sale price minus the original postal charge) will be returned to your Bank Account or sent by Postal Order. GUARANTEE OF QUALITY, WARRANTY CLAIMS The guarantee for all goods purchased in the E-shop on www.dub.cz is given in accordance with mandatory legal requirements. The standard guarantee period is 24 months. This guarantee applies to all faults limiting or restricting the proper functioning or use of goods. Please note that the guarantee does not cover general wear and tear. Warranty Claims can be made in one of the following ways: a). (full stop) by e-mail to info@dub.cz b). (full stop) by registered letter to the sellers address (at the top of this Terms and Conditions information page/sheet). CUSTOM INFORMATION Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If charged, additional fees for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may want to contact your local customs office for further information COPYRIGHT AND AUTHORS' RIGHTS LAW All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, photographs, logos, images, audio clips and data compilations, is the property of Dub.cz or its associates, it is protected by international copyright, authors rights, database rights and intellectual property laws.
